Hosted Telephony/Telecoms Sales Specialist 

Objectives:

We are migrating our customer and new business customers away from traditional voice communications Call/lines/PBX to Next Generation Hosted telephony solutions including Call and Contact Centre services. We work with NFON, CISCO/Broadsoft and Microsoft TEAMS to bring the most comprehensive portfolio of cloud solutions to the market. Fully supported by our own technical staff. The right candidate will have experience in the telecoms market in particular in Hosted telephony and possess sales, project, technical and commercial acumen and will be familiar with negotiating high revenue minimum term contracts particularly in the Cloud and Hosted Digital Markets.

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and drive a successful Hosted telephony strategy proposition for the business to both new and existing accounts.
To work with the Sales Manager and the rest of the Sales team to continue to grow the department.

Preparing solutions documents and proposals and attending customer meetings to present the final solution.

Work with the company’s in house digital marketing specialist to run email and social media campaigns

Engage with the Glemnet in house Cloud Technical Specialists and project support team as well as external suppliers to bring the solutions into service.

Your skills:
A track record in selling Telecommunications services particularly PBX and hosted. With a good understanding of IT and Networking plus knowledge of Cloud solutions-Office365- MS Teams/Skype 4 Business,

  • An understanding of the sales cycle including an ability to identify and develop prospects, handle objections, prepare and present proposals and solutions documents and close the sale.
  • Work closely with existing Glemnet and new business customers to deliver solutions that meet their business and technical requirements.
  • An ability to work with other individuals and teams within the Glemnet organisation

Telemarketing Manager  

Glemnet based in Beckenham South London is an innovator in implementing ground-breaking B2B Cloud software solutions, IT Services and Full Fibre Internet connectivity that enables our clients to work faster more flexibly and more efficiently. We are at the leading edge of these new technologies delivering services to both the Private and Public sector. This is very exciting time for our Industry as these organisations are encouraged and incentivised by government backed schemes to install Full fibre for faster internet speeds and to gain an advantage from the competition. We currently have a unique and immediate opening for an experienced Telemarketing Manager to help us build our brand and market into strategic areas across the UK where our partners are installing Full fibre networks. Glemnet has been tasked to build our brand and working jointly with our suppliers we are launching several marketing schemes immediately.

Core responsibilities:

  • To recruit train, mould and manage a team in your image
  • Identify key accounts and introduce the brand to the target audience by marketing our products and services by phone and email.
  • Collaborate with marketing team on developing value-based messaging around the target audience’s key pain points/challenges
  • Support marketing by executing targeted campaigns and following up with potential leads
  • Project manage sales activities i.e. setting up appointments/demos and following up after initial meeting
  • Organise and track all sales appointments
  • Lead in turning opportunities into sales; manage sales process from initial contact to contract submission
  • Provide frequent updates/status on leads and current opportunities
  • Other sales and marketing duties as assigned by the marketing manager

Your skills:

  • A track record of success in this or a similar industry
  • Experienced leader, manager and motivator in high volume sales teams
  • Fantastic customer service, communication, administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise multiple projects
  • Ability to set goals, targets and KPI’s for the team
  • To coach, train and develop individuals
  • To come up with innovative and creative ideas that will help to drive each sales campaign
  • General understanding of marketing and sales principles
  • Efficiently respond to queries in a calm and friendly manner
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar
  • A team player with a “can do” attitude
  • Ability to prepare and share reports on individual and team performance
