How to divert your phones over the festive period

With the busy Christmas season here, the next few weeks in the office are quite possibly filled with festive events, important pre-Christmas meetings out and about, or with your staff taking a well-earned holiday.

Make sure that you’re not caught out when it comes to diverting your telephones to the appropriate place!

Depending on your telephone system, we ideally need 24-48 hours to set up your call diverts, so the more warning we have the better.
