Here at Glemnet we’ve been providing services to the Masters Group for over 10 years now, suppling them with on premise Samsung systems across 5 sites. This all worked well, but the systems were nearing their ‘end of life’, so MD Scott wanted to try and reduce ongoing costs whilst making it easier to pass calls between sites. We proposed the NFON hosted telephony solution, which has now been rolled out across 2 sites and we are in the process of rolling out to the remaining 3 over the next 6 weeks.
The new solution will bring Masters some notable cost savings, while having the same cloud platform enables them to achieve their goal of making calls/transferring calls easily between sites. It has increased their resilience significantly, as all their numbers are now hosted in the cloud, so if they lose connectivity or power at one site they can instantaneously failover those calls seamlessly to another site.
Once completed they will have a Glemnet hosted solution for 55+ users across 5 sites, with dedicated fibre broadband – giving them a backup internet connection for their data network should that ever go down.
