Glemnet launches GiNiEX Cloud Unified Communications and Collaboration Platform Powered by BroadSoft

London, UK, 10/4/18 Glemnet, the cloud communications specialist, has teamed up with BroadSoft, now a part of Cisco, and a global market leader in cloud calling, meeting, messaging and contact center software as a service (SaaS), and recently positioned by Gartner as a global visionary in its magic quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Centers as a Service (CCaaS). Glemnet, under the GiNiEX Powered by BroadSoft brand, has agreed to become a distribution partner for the BroadCloud application platform in the UK.
The GiNiEX platform incorporates all the BroadSoft Business applications in its latest revision of software. GiNiEX supports all the leading IP handsets manufacturers including the Cisco IP Phones – 7800, 800 and SPA500 families.
The GiNiEX platform is also fully integrated with the Gamma SIP network across dual nodes for resilience and with all the well-known features and reliability of Gamma’s SIP trunks. This provides the end user with a combined best of breeds solution.
