The London Bridge Hotel is a 4 star boutique hotel, located within a stone’s throw away from The Shard. Alfredo De Leon is the Financial Controller of the hotel, and has this to say about our work with them:

“ We were using an aging Avaya phone system which had pretty much run out of life. Parts were scarce and support was hard to come by. Furthermore there was no real integration for wireless telephony and our then Wi Fi solution was also limited in its coverage with several blank spots across the site. We were facing many challenges and were not able to provide our guests with the sort of service that the hotel is famous for.

Glemnet took up the challenge and working alongside Samsung presented us with a total solution. A comprehensive Samsung WLAN Wi Fi system which encompassed the entire premises and which linked with a Samsung Officeserv 7400 IP-PBX/Telephone system.

Immediately any Wi Fi coverage issues were gone and staff and guests alike were delighted with the performance wherever they were in the building. With so many of our staff being mobile a good wireless phone system is essential and the combined solution of the WEVoIP APP on a Samsung mobile device gave us exactly what we needed, instant voice communication with the team whether in the hotel or off site.

 One of the beauties of the system is the ease of use, meaning that the IT staff can make administrative changes as and when required knowing that the Glemnet Tech support guys are on hand for any more complex requirements”

Bromley Football Club compete in the Conference South.
